Katherine Fairey hopes that you truly enjoy your work of art and that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, Katherine Fairey accepts that due to the limitations of computer graphics, browsers and different PC configurations, what you see may appear a little different to the actual item and you may not be completely satisfied. If this is the case then you may return the item, undamaged and in its original packaging, to Katherine Fairey.Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 online sellers must offer a minimum of a 7 day cooling off period. This means you have the right to cancel in writing up to 7 working days after you have received your purchase.
Katherine Fairey offers a 14 day cooling off period which exceeds the statutory minimum. This means you have 14 working days from the day the item is received to cancel your order and receive a full refund (less the postage you have been charged)*.

As soon as the item has been returned and checked for damage, a refund will be made (minus the delivery charges) within 30 days of cancellation.
